This is as well the address for our workshop on site sale, if you happen to be around and wish to pick up your order.
Our shop follows the guidelines stated by the Norwegian Sales Law, that contains every detail I need to know on this matter.

Online orders
All orders are processed in Norway. Any orders placed using an account of another currency will be charged at the current exchange rate as converted by your bank, along with your bank’s exchange fees/commissions which are in accordance with the policies outlined by your bank. If you are not sure what you will be charged in your local currency, please contact your bank for more details before ordering.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you (buyer) and Karina Siegmund (seller) will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless I have notified you that I do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
    •    The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
    •    Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
    •    The identification of a pricing or product description error
    •    You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by me.
Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as I cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to me.
I reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. I will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, I cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Cancellation
Sometimes we change our mind, that is ok. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting me immediately in written form. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, I ask that you return the goods to me once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a trackable method at your own discretion. Please inform me on how you wish to return the goods. Thank you. I cannot be responsible for any items sent back to me that do not arrive.

Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. I will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Please note that our products are handmade and manufactured so sometimes they can vary in appearance. This is the nature of those items and I feel this adds to their character and is not to be considered a defect. Although I aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT, when ordering outside Norway. On international order there may be additional import duties and taxes, and in some instances custom delays. Such events and charges are beyond our control and difficult for me to predict. Please contact your local custom office or shipping agent for additional information. When ordering within Norway, the norwegian VAT (25%) will be added by checkout.

The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered, plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to me, I will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

I accept Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro card payments via Stripe, an online or payment system for desktop and mobile check out. It is safe and easy to use for you. I accept payments from all over the world, and in your own local currency. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.

I do our best to ensure that all prices on our web site are up to date and current at all times. However despite our best efforts some may be incorrect. Please be assured however that as part of our order checking and dispatch processes I do verify our prices. In the event that the price is lower than our stated price, I charge the lower amount and still send you the product. In the event that the current price is higher than our stated price, I will contact you to discuss this. I do however reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale at the incorrect price and cancel your order.

Refusal of Transaction
I reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. I may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. I will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website, whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under Norwegian law you must:
    •    Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
    •    Be over 18 years of age
    •    Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable
    •    Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to me
    •    By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise me to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
